Description & Requirements

  1. Field Sales
    • Territory ownership – Karnataka / Maharashtra, Industry of operation Sugar factories and Distillery.
    • Visiting to distillery plants, for trial proposal, conducting trial follow-ups receiving and execution of order as-well payment collection.
    • Execution of field visits as per approved plan
    • Dealers Handling
  1. Business Development & Sales Planning
    • Lead generation via multiple channels (vendor and distribution houses, competitor analysis, end to end market solution)
    • Planning field visits
    • Development and maintenance sales plan
    • Branding of the new products.
    • Preparing and executing weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecast.
    • Feedback and information collection as well as market watch on competitor’s activity.
    • Manage all customer activities through the Customers Relationship Management Software (CRM) ensuring consistency and accuracy.
    • Reporting
    • Sending Daily / weekly / monthly reports to management
    • Sending the minutes of meeting immediately after finishing the meetings.
    • Updating the management regarding the competitor strategy.
    • Provide timely feedback to the Director, Business Development- regarding performance, Sales activity reports and account strategy concerns.
    • Organization
    • Give training to existing as well as new colleagues

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience working in a pharmaceutical & Chemical industry

Job Location: Maharastra & UP

Gender Preference: Male

Education: BSC / MBA Marketing
