Description & Requirements
1. Conducting Plant- scale Trials
- Co-ordinating with Sales Team, Marketing Team & Dealers for finalizing Plant Scale trials of Alfanzyme Products
- Upon finalization of product trials, co- ordinate with plant officials for trial dates & guest house accommodation before reaching the plant
- In case trial has been fixed by Dealer, direct the dealer to fix trial dates & guest house accommodation
- Dispatch of material & ensuring material reaches plant before going for the trials
2. Setting Trial aims and objectives and producing project plans and budgets
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end Trial
- Ensuring that plant Material Balance / Mass Balance is in order & plant is running smoothly
- All products lab analysis.
3. Customer Interface
- Interaction with clients to understand their requirements
- Negotiate trial requirements
4. Tender and Enquiry
- Collection of enquiry and filling of tender and release date of tender
5. Business development for new accounts, generating leads and acquisition of new customers for the company
- New logo acquisition
